Make minor modifications to treatment plans within the predetermined plan of care, evaluations, and document treatment progress as needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Oversight to the PTAs who in turn would be performing selected and delegated tasks. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment Perform interpretation of referrals, physical therapy evaluation, re- evaluation, major modification of treatment plan, final discharge of the patient, or therapeutic techniques.
