How you will make an impact
Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Providing day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments to meet resident's needs in all settings across the Erickson Senior Living community continuum of care
Following Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies and procedures and ensure departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations.

Overview

This is not a traditional therapy position. You will split your time between:
50% Clinical PTA: Treating a diverse pediatric and young adult caseload-including developmental, motor, orthopedic, and neurodivergent populations
50% Advanced Motor Development: Coaching, training, and developing gross motor skills using our high-tech exergaming systems, athletic training tools, and sensory-motor equipment

Provide exceptional therapy services

Responsibilities
You will be empowered to make a difference for your patients: provide direct patient care and physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, while fostering a strong relationship with each patient to help them achieve their functional goals.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role.
