Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice. Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred. Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations. Strong patient care, treatment implementation, and communication skills. Ability to follow treatment plans accurately and report patient progress. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, home-based schedule. CPR and other relevant certifications as required.
