Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace. Paylocity is our online payroll system. We are all direct deposit and you are able to view your check right online. In addition, we communicate to staff through this system. The primary purpose of your job position is to: Assist the Physical Therapist to plan, organize, develop and direct services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Rehab Program Manager to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Interpret physical therapy policies and procedures to staff, residents, family members, etc., as necessary. Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of resident care plans, resident assessments, etc., as necessary. Review request for physical therapy and physicians' orders. Interview resident to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy. The successful candidate Must possess a valid PTA License from an accredited college or university.
