Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field.
Experience : A minimum of two (2) years' experience in behavioral health, with direct experience in family, group, and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
License: Outpatient Program Therapist must possess an Arizona State license in counseling, social work, or clinical related mental health field (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW). Other licensure to be evaluated as needed.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior (HWC) training within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. May be required to work flexible hours.
