**What You'll Do**
As a PTA, you'll support patient recovery and mobility while bringing compassion and energy to every session. Your key responsibilities include:
**Patient Care & Treatment**
+ Guide patients through exercises, stretches, and therapeutic interventions based on the PhysicalTherapist's plan
+ Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and use of assistive devices
**Monitoring & Documentation**
+ Observe patient progress and report up to the supervising PT
+ Accurately document treatments, notes, and follow regulatory requirements
**Patient & Family Education**
+ Teach patients and their families how to manage conditions at home
+ Provide instruction on home exercise programs and daily care
**Administrative & Support Tasks**
+ Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
+ Schedule appointments, handle clerical tasks, and answer patient inquiries

Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders.
