Conducts assessments of students to determine eligibility for educationally-related occupational therapy services - Uses appropriate, and age specific tests and procedures - Involves school staff / family / caregivers. 2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards. Requirements Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
