Typical Schedule
Morning (AM): Travel to assigned partner daycares, preschools, or schools to provide on-site pediatric therapy.
Afternoon (PM): Return to the clinic to treat outpatients, collaborate with the therapy team, and complete documentation.
Travel assignments are coordinated to reduce drive time while maintaining an optimal treatment schedule. Travel between scheduled sites is considered part of your workday.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate clients to assess their eligibility for physical therapy services
Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's unique needs and goals
Implement interventions designed to maximize gross motor skills, functional mobility, and independence
Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks, breaking activities into manageable components
Recommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment as necessary
Educate family members and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and care strategies
Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and deadlines
Maintain consistent communication with clients, their families, and other team members
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a PhysicalTherapist (or completion of clinical experience)
Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset
In-depth knowledge of PT principles and practices
Familiarity with physical therapy assessments and Medicaid guidelines
Ability to work with diverse patient personalities and care needs
Continuous drive to learn and stay current with new treatment practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Valid PT license -
or anticipated licensure date
Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy
Bi-lingual preferred but not required
