A caregiver in this role works a day/evening rotation from 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. This shared position requires flexibility in work location to accommodate physician schedules, including post-operative care, with assignments determined by patient volumes and physician availability. Candidates must be available for a minimum of two evenings per week to provide coverage for hand therapy post-operative clinics.
