Do you enjoy being creative in your work and crave autonomy & ample one-one-one time so you can WOW your patients?
Are you able to connect and engage with people on a deeper, more impactful and personal level (not just clinical skill level)?
Are you highly skilled in providing specialized women's health and/or manual therapy treatments in addition to education and exercise-based approaches?
Are you able to communicate with patients in such a way that they know what you're doing for them and help them see the value of your treatment?
Do you have a drive for learning and growing and receiving extensive mentorship as a person and as a professional? Do you view the opportunity to learn as a privilege?
Are you committed to being part of a TEAM that puts the patient first, not professional ego?
Are you flexible and open to change?
Do you LOVE working in a smaller and more friendly setting than a “big box” physical therapy clinic?
If so, you could be just the person we are looking for to join our team in this Dream Women's Health Physical Therapist Role!
What We've Got for You:
The opportunity to actually see only one patient at a time, for 55-minute treatment sessions and a maximum of 5-7 patients daily, with an optional 10-15 min break between patients.
The opportunity to make an incredible difference in peoples' lives and health through high quality therapy, education and holistic care.
An environment where you are encouraged to be yourself and infuse your personality and skills into your work.
The chance to work with a fun, hard-working, expertly skilled and passionate team.
A part-time or full-time Physical Therapist position (20-40 hours/week), including benefits and training where you will enhance your clinical skills to best serve our clients as well as learn more about yourself, customer service, communication, sales and business development with extensive mentorship provided.
With This Dream Physical Therapy Role, You Will…
Go home feeling energized because of the impact you truly made on your clients during one-on-one care with complete focus on the patient.
Receive regular mentoring and training to enhance your clinical, networking, nurturing and business skills with selling-to-serve as the framework for how we serve others. We'll guide you on how to best communicate with clients in a way that will get them to say “yes” to continued treatment over and over again, which means they achieve what THEY want!
Get the opportunity to be a part of a compassion-filled practice that is being the change we want to see in healthcare. No more factory ‘big box' corporations, bureaucratic hospital systems, large healthcare agencies, or wasting valuable time with insurance. We give our clients an alternative option outside of all these overly restrictive institutions.
Enjoy being involved in our community and a ‘household name' through the creation of internal and external marketing materials including Social Media Content (written and video), Networking, Workshops and Community Events.
You Should Apply for This Job If…
You are a confident Women's Health Physical Therapist with a strong Orthopedics Background (or have a strong desire to become one).
You either are experienced using Manual Therapies, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapies Visceral Manipulation OR have an interest in pursuing training & mentorship in any of these specialty fields to complement your Women's Health skills and address these important 'missing links' for tricky patient cases.
You are looking to have a healthy work-life balance; not going home exhausted and frustrated from battling with insurance or having insurance tell you what you can and can't do every day.
You want to connect with clients who love working with you because you are listening to their needs and you are able to mold your conversation and treatment based on their current situation. Nothing is cookie-cutter here!
You are someone who thrives on the challenge of consistently achieving objective performance standards so you can serve more people better, and grow professionally and personally based on hitting those standards.
