Knowledge and Abilities: Understanding of neurodiversity, with familiarity of proven clinical theories and applications for trauma treatment, polyvagal theory, executive functioning deficits, learning and processing differences, distress tolerance, rigid thinking and mood disorders. Excellence in flexibility and adaptability to handle "curve balls" in treatment. Good computer skills, with ability to learn and utilize the company's internal technical tools. A learning mindset, always seeking to improve and develop. Qualifications: Current MSW, MFT, or CMHC student. Must have completed requirements in 1st or 2nd year of graduate school to begin internship. Must be at least 21 years of age or older to apply.
