Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree plus a license to practice physical therapy Two years' full time paid experience in practicing physical therapy in a nursing home or health care facility. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. Good organizational skills. Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and the general public.
