We are seeking a part time/temporary Physical Therapist to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients in our clinics. Our team consists of physical rehab providers (PTs, PTA, Chiropractors, trainers), Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and MDs. We use an educationally based treatment model to teach patients transferable skills for managing chronic pain conditions. The physical therapy population is primarily adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients. What you will do: Evaluation and treatment of individual patients.
