Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients.

The supervising physicaltherapist will delegate appropriate tasks for technicians, aides and assistants to perform within the parameters defined in the LouisianaPhysical Therapy Practice Act.
The PhysicalTherapist will document all patient care services in the electronic medical record. They will communicate patient progress and/or concerns during interdisciplinary meetings.
