Employment Structure
You'll be hired as a W-2 employee, meaning we take care of your payroll taxes and benefits. Unlike traditional salaried roles, you'll be compensated at a higher hourly rate for each billable hour worked - providing transparency, autonomy, and alignment with your productivity and patient care.
Typical Schedule
Morning (AM): Travel to assigned partner daycares, preschools, or schools to provide on-site pediatric therapy.
Afternoon (PM): Return to the clinic to treat outpatients, collaborate with the therapy team, and complete documentation.
Travel assignments are coordinated to reduce drive time while maintaining an optimal treatment schedule. Travel between scheduled sites is considered part of your workday.

Evaluate clients to assess their eligibility for physical therapy services
