About the Role In this role, you will evaluate patient readiness for exercise, lead clinic based exercise sessions, and administer exercise stress tests. You will review medical histories, monitor vital signs, interpret ECGs, and provide ongoing surveillance to ensure patient safety. As part of a collaborative care team, you will communicate with physicians, tailor exercise prescriptions, and guide patients in adopting sustainable lifestyle habits. You will support a variety of clinical programs, including Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Supervised Exercise Therapy for Peripheral Artery Disease, and physical activity counseling within weight management and bariatric services. Care may be delivered in person or through telehealth.
