Performs business office tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager to include answering phones, scheduling and admitting patients, authorizing insurance, filing, copying, faxing and assisting with co-payments. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma required; college hours preferred and/or healthcare training. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with both patients, patient family members, insurance companies and physicians.
