The position is outpatient only, and the provider would be joining a group established over 34 years ago and currently has 50-plus providers in varying specialties, including Orthopedics, PM&R, Pain Management, Neurology, Psychology, and general surgery. Opportunity Highlights Handsome monthly guarantee - independent contractor position. High earning potential (take home 35% of collections) $400k+ is possible. Eleven clinical locations (staffing one, possibly two close locations). Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm schedule with a lunch break - No Nights or Weekends. Limited administrative responsibilities with a focus on client relations and growth. The patient base is largely industrial and personal injury, with the opportunity to expand. The Primary Care Physician role models a collaborative partnership with the family and other caregivers to ensure that all the participant's medical and non-medical care needs are met. The salary range for the Primary Care Physician position at Center For Elders Independence is $ 198,000 - $ 316,000 per yr. Salary based on the market for the Primary Care Physician position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides comprehensive coordinated medical care as guided by the PACE benefit to include: Conducts comprehensive initial, 6 month, annual and periodic assessments of program participants.
