What You'll Do
As a Clinic Director, you'll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing clinic operations, compliance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of clinic operations - patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.

Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR.

Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using a proprietary system.
