This is a full-time, in-person staff position with faculty privileges within the Master of Science in Physician Assistant (MSPA) Program. This position will play a central role in overseeing the integrity and execution of both the didactic and clinical education components. This position includes direct student instruction (face-to-face teaching) and requires close collaboration with the Program Director, the Director of Didactic Education, the clinical team, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities 1. Didactic and Clinical Education Leadership - 50% a. Collaborate with the Program Director, Director of Didactic Education, and Clinical Education Coordinator to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the MSPAS curriculum.b. Coordinate the implementation and assessment of clinical education components to ensure alignment with current ARC-PA standards.c. Collaborate with faculty and staff to document and maintain accurate records to support student progression and accreditation compliance. 3. Teaching Responsibilities - 15% a. This provider will work 5 days per week with rounding responsibilities at Mercy Hospital to assist with discharge, care coordination and immediate postpartum care. CentraCare - Clearwater is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our collaborative primary care team. You will provide comprehensive, team-based care that supports the Quadruple Aim - improving patient outcomes, enhancing patient and provider experiences, and ensuring cost-effective care. Your Schedule .8 - 1.0 FTE (flexible based on your needs) Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek Clinic hours: Monday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (with flexibility as needed) No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call Your Role As a trusted primary care provider, you will: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Deliver preventative and wellness care, including routine checkups, screenings, and immunizations Provide personalized health counseling and education Coordinate care across specialties for comprehensive patient support What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program 1+ year of clinical experience as an NP or PA preferred Current or eligible Minnesota licensure Active AHA BLS certification and DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start) Experience in any of the following settings is a plus: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Urgent Care Emergency Medicine Pediatrics Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $109,241.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
