Practice at Saint Joseph Hospital in downtown Denver, CO
Saint Joseph Hospital has earned 3-out-of-3 stars from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) for patient care and outcomes in coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG), and aortic valve replacement (AVR), and is well known for mitral valve replacement/repair (MVRR).
Take Q3 call only at one hospital (APPs also take Q4 floor/ ICU/ practice/OR call)
Large, matured CT practice with collaborative relationships and referral patterns
Full ICU support with excellent group of Intensivists on site 24/7
A busy Structural Heart Program with the highest volume of Mitraclips in the state. 2 ongoing structural heart trials and Evoque implantation.
A dedicated shock program as an ECMO site

How we'll support you:
Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of an initial base salary of $800,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive. Additionally, there is up to a $75,000 annual quality bonus. We are also offering a $25,000 starting bonus. A relocation bonus is also available if applicable.

Role Summary
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is an essential part of our provider team. Proficiently manage patient communication platforms, including Salve and other portals.
Maintain expert knowledge of FDA regulations, lead FDA audits and updates, and provide consultation to the clinical team as needed.
FDA screening (history and physical, questionnaire and lab work screening/review), compliance, and initial determination sign off
Understand, counsel, and educate patients and the care team on Embryology, Andrology, Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT), and reproductive hormone values, including their clinical implications.
Master the use of pelvic ultrasound to perform obstetric and gynecologic examinations within the context of fertility treatment and outcomes.
Create and manage all patient treatment plans and sign-off checklist
Daily chart audits and preparation of charts
Perform weekly cycle start/baseline checklist reviews for cycle start readiness
Perform baseline ultrasounds and follow up monitoring ultrasounds for ovulation induction, IVF and egg freezing
Perform a variety of procedures such as: HSG (hysterosalpingograms), saline sonograms and IUI (intrauterine insemination), HyCoSy, EMB
Review semen analysis and follow up with patients
Provide consultations for self-referred and external patients seeking sperm cryopreservation
Evaluate and assess patient symptoms following retrievals or procedures
Conducts procedural pre op assessments
Assists in pre and post op procedure area, as needed
Serve as a resource for nursing staff, provide ongoing support and education to the care team, and deliver compassionate care to all Open Spring patients.
