The individual must live in a radius where they will be able to respond to calls within 45 minutes. We currently have 3 surgeons and We are currently doing about 500 Hearts per /year. There are currently 3 OR PAs (this is a replacement position for the 4th) and 2 APPs working on the floor/clinic NPs. The surgeons are extremely supportive and appreciate of all the APP efforts.
