Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages under physician supervision.
Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs, imaging, etc.).
Assist with and complete Immigration Medical Exams (I-693), including documentation.
Administer and document immunizations, injections, and other in-clinic treatments.
Create and update patient treatment plans and care instructions.
Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a supportive patient experience.
Qualifications
Current Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Texas.
Graduation from an accredited PA program.
Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused attitude.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

About the Opportunity

The NP/PA will serve the non-concierge patient population and play a central role in ongoing patient management, continuity of care, and care coordination.
