They will practice precision everywhere including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. Schedule:
30-40 hours per week
Weekly Schedule (Typical):
Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday (possible): 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours may be adjusted based on business needs.

How You Improve Our Patients Lives!
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:
Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)
Nasal endoscopy
Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit
Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.
Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.
Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.
Adhere to standard metrics:
Testing: 50% minimum threshold
Treatment: 30% minimum threshold
IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold

Knowledge & Skills Needed to be SuccessfulRequired education and experience
3+ Years of Practicing as a PhysicianAssistant/Nurse Practitioner
Graduate from an approved PhysicianAssistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
Current PhysicianAssistant/Nurse Practitioner License
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certified
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred education and experience
Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system

Qualifications
Experience:
