Review and approve new medical provider applications.
Education
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Management.
Experience
Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management.
Strong background in spine and musculoskeletal procedures.
Other Requirements
Valid New Jersey medical license.
Current DEA certification.
