This would include ER evaluation, admission and peri-operative management of in-patients for General Surgical Service, as well as first assisting in the operating room.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited PhysicianAssistant program who is eligible to be licensed to practice as a Certified PhysicianAssistant in Massachusetts
A current federal DEA and eligibility for Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration will be required
Candidate must have certification by NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of PhysicianAssistants)
The successful candidate should have experience in the acute care/surgical setting or completion of a Postgraduate Surgical Residency program. We are open to highly motivated new graduates
