Required Knowledge, Experience, or Licensure/Registration Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program; master's degree preferred with at least 2 years' experience. Current licensure or permit as RN in North Carolina. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner or have NCCPA certification and state licensure to practice medicine in North Carolina. Active board certification as a NP or PA in Primary Care. Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license upon hire. Qualified by education, training, or experience to work with the adult and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make clinical assessments. Ability to work onsite Mondays through Fridays during the hours of 8am to 5pm. Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently. Vaccines as required. CPR certification required.
