About the Clinician's Workday
This position is cardiac capable and requires agreement to cross-credentialing. Providers receive a $250 weekly car rental or mileage stipend and a $157 daily lodging stipend. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, day or night, with the biggest need on weekends; coverage can be arranged as one week on, one week off. Case types include bread and butter, endoscopy, general, and orthopedic procedures. OB cases are not required, ortho cases are included, spine cases may be needed, and pediatric cases are optional. CRNAs work under supervision with a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio, and MDs perform their own cases as applicable. No overtime or call is expected. The site has 25 anesthesia rooms and uses Epic for electronic charting. The estimated privileging timeframe is 45 days.

Oversight Physician Services. a) At the Clinic, Occupational Health Physician will provide Oversight Physician Services in support of the Clinic's ongoing operation. Overview of Clinic Services
At the Clinic, the Physician Assistant, Occupational Health Nurse, and Certified Medical Assistant will provide occupational health services in support of the workplace needs of the Department of State ('DOS') workforce at the Blackstone Site. The Clinic will perform treatment of management of work injuries, advice and support for medical surveillance exams and fitness for duty exams, and occupational surveillance services, including audiogram screenings, blood level lab testing, and lead exposure exams. The Clinic will provide periodic vaccinations and will manage urgent and emergent patients for subsequent referral and handoff.
In its operations, the Clinic will observe Office of Safety and Health Administration ('OSHA') worker's compensation, and any applicable Department of State guidelines.
The Clinic will comply with applicable standards and policies regarding medical record keeping, patient confidentiality, patient privacy, and data protection.
Services to be Furnished by Occupational Health Physician
Occupational Health Physician will provide oversight of the Clinic through the use of Clinic protocols ('Protocols'). Occupational Health Physician will review medical surveillance protocols and occupational medical surveillance services furnished at the Clinic.
