The Primary Care Physician develops individual plans of care for patients, performs both chronic and acute care visits, and assists with medical emergencies. This position participates in multidisciplinary care team meetings, and also has the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives. Salary Information
This position is in pay schedule and range 10-51 with pay starting from $93.82/hour to $117.28/hour.
Board Certified Physicians may earn supplemental pay of up to $21.00/hr (for maximum effective wage of $135.98/hour, $282,838/year), while those that are eligible but not yet certified may earn up to$7.00/hr (for maximum effective wage of $121.98/hr, $253,718/year).
Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire.
