The Physician Liaison is responsible for providing marketing and educational programs designed to maintain and build patient referrals; enhance community awareness of the services provided and the physicians practicing in the organization; and create a public image consistent with the mission and goals of CPIhealth. This position will make local and regional marketing calls/visits and will be a goodwill ambassador of the organization. Essential Functions: Work with Director of Physician Relations and Marketing to build provider practices, assist providers with their marketing efforts, and build out new markets including consumers. Build and utilize relationships with individual providers and healthcare organizations to support business development efforts. Effectively communicate with leadership on known or perceived issues and/or concerns from patient or referral partners. Collaborate with support teams to ensure exceptional referring experience. Maintain consistent growth by continuously establishing new accounts and nurturing existing accounts. Effectively manage assigned budget, monitor and measure activities, report results, and provide recommendations. Represent clinic & its services at professional events, tradeshows, conferences, and health fairs to promote clinic/providers. Coordinates site visits. Maintain day-to-day knowledge of customer and/or project needs. Analyze and organize tasks into a logical work plan. Develop, manage and communicate work plans and timelines for key projects. Compile and submit weekly reports to leadership. Development, planning and execution of patient centric internal and external communications. Upon request, participates in business planning meetings, budgeting, and other projects. Identify work-related problems, provide recommendations and implement appropriate solutions. Some nights and weekend work will be required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management and business management required. Understanding of local healthcare market is preferred. Strong organizational, judgment, communication and analytical skills. Excellent people & presentation skills. Ability to multi-task and perform multiple priorities. Ability to make decisions and solve problems. Ability to contribute in a team environment and/or independently, to provide excellent customer service. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze disparate sets of data and communicate impact on growth of organization. Licenses & Certifications: 1. Current and valid driver's license. 2. Current and valid proof of insurance required. Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential of up to 20%.
