This position would cover a medically complex patient population which would include: adults post-liver transplant in the ICU, inpatient regular nursing floor, as well as cross-coverage of the inpatient pediatric liver transplant patients. This provider will be responsible for the overall medical management of the patient post liver transplant as well as inpatient liver transplant surgical consults. There will also be coverage of the outpatient liver transplant clinics as needed. Daily virtual or onsite visits to local LTACs and subacute facility will also be required on a rotational basis.
