Our program provides medical, behavioral health, and substance use treatment on the street, in shelters, at housing first locations, and in a traditional medical clinic. One nuance of our program, compared to other HCH sites, is that in addition to serving the needs of the traditionally (episodically or chronically) homeless we also provide care to many patients who might have never received any prior health care. Patient Care * Provides medical care customarily provided by physicians who practice in respective specialty. * Provides Medical Services as directed by MPHC. * Physician will also perform such other duties as are requested by MPHC consistent with Physician's position as a physician employee of MPHC.
