Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least to join our team. Responsibilities:

Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions.

Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered).
