Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - perform surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries - consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment - examine patients while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests - obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis - provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients - monitor patients' conditions and progress - reevaluate patients' conditions and progress as necessary - support appropriate referrals The full details of the position are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the surgeon. While the practice is open to surgeons who exclusively do spine, they are unable to offer full-time for spine-only. They can offer more volume to surgeons who also do interventional pain and general orthopedic surgeries.
