Job Description We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant for a 20-day locum tenens assignment with our client in New York. This opportunity begins on Jan 2, 2026, and offers night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have recent experience administering chemotherapy and biotherapy, and is comfortable working in an outpatient hematology/oncology practice setting.

Assists the Primary Care Physicians in providing medical services to patients in specialized areas such as Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Obstetrics/Gynecology. Essential Functions of the Job: Takes patients histories, makes assessments, records and presents pertinent data including emergent cases, to the physician. Assists or performs routine laboratory, screening and therapeutic procedures. Coordinates the preparation of reports and written documentation including medical records, as required by the department, company, state and federal.
