What you'll bring:

* Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.

Working Environment

Your Role
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician who values teamwork, connection, and compassionate care. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages-from newborns to seniors-supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary care team and leadership committed to your success and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and managing treatment plans.
* Providing preventive care and patient education to promote long-term wellness.
* Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences.
* Managing medications in partnership with our on-site clinical pharmacists.
* Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
* Contributing to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Compensation Structure
* Reward Base Program & Productivity Upside: Our model features a secure, guaranteed base salary with a direct, per-patient reward for every patient seen above 16 per day. This means physicians earn a productivity bonus even when meeting the standard schedule expectation, with the opportunity for uncapped additional income by increasing patient volume (up to 22 per day).
* No Downside Risk: Your compensation has productivity upside only.

Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited institution.
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
* Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
* Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

This private practice is driven to provide exemplary patient care through supporting a boutique like experience for each and every patient. Their practice provides LASIK services, PRK, cataract surgery, corneal crosslinking, some glaucoma related surgery and comprehensive care in partnership with their on site ASC at their Bellevue, WA location.
Optometrist Opportunity:
This practice is looking for an optometrist to support their LASIK practice. Much of the day will be seeing pre/post op LASIK patients as well as doing LASIK consultation visits.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Rotating Saturdays for post ops only 7:30am - 10:00am
Compensation/Benefits:
$150,000 - $160,000 base salary range
