Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated income range of $296,000 to $345,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
Responsibilities:
Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications:
Board certified in family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or emergency medicine (EM)
Willing to train experienced candidates as well

They have a closed ICU and full support from Intensivists and IV team. There is an opportunity to teach Internal Medicine Residents if desired. Spanish speaking is a plus, not a must.
