POSITION SUMMARY
A nation-wide storage and logistics company is looking for multiple Art Handlers to join their team and support day-to-day transportation and offsite activities out of the company's Washington, DC warehouse. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years' experience working with storage, as well as collection management knowledge, and will be comfortable moving and handling a wide range of art objects. Responsibilities include installation and de-installation of artworks, along with proper packing of artworks for transport or storage, and the careful preparation and execution of job related paperwork. The firm is looking for dedicated team players with excellent communication skills and an attention for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proper handling of art objects, using the appropriate methods and materials for packaging, loading & securing for safe transport
Install/de-install artworks in-house or at offsite locations, often troubleshooting and utilizing critical thinking to solution scope changes
Preparation and careful execution of paperwork, including bills of lading, labels, driver logs, and detailed condition reports with accompanying photos if necessary
Receive and release shipments into warehouse facilities
Pack artworks for local, national, international transportation and storage
Maintain compliance with all local, state, DOT regulations
Support to internal teams as needed
Weekend, overtime, and holiday work may be necessary; therefore, schedule flexibility is required
Other projects as assigned by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Team Player, able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and dynamic environment
Demonstrated knowledge of installation, packing and art handling
Excellent communication and attention to detail to both clients and coworkers
Ability to problem solve and solution onsite issues with the experience to know when to escalate problems to supervisor
Valid driver's license; CDL license a bonus
Ability to push and pull 150 pounds on a dolly or cart, as well as 50 pounds without mechanical aid
Ability to carry 40 pounds of varying size and shape up to a distance of 90 feet

Summary:

Essential Functions:
* Oversee Art Handler 1 preparation and organization of tools and equipment required for installation and de-installation, and provide additional support in woodshop.
* Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of museum tools and hardware, as well as the upkeep and cleaning of museum objects, pedestals and vitrines, and storage and collections spaces.
* Assist Registrar with coordinating incoming and outgoing art and equipment shipments.
* Prepare gallery spaces for exhibition, including: wall repair and painting.

What will you do?
· Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non-controlled).
· Assist and participate in conducting cycle counts.

Responsibilities
Responsible for picking up and delivering supplies, equipment, and materials; transporting patients; and maintaining supply records. This role supports hospital operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of essential items and assisting staff with logistical needs.
Pick up and deliver supplies to various hospital locations using carts, hand trucks, and vehicles.
Cover scheduled mail routes, delivering mail, specimens, and supplies to internal and external agencies.
Load and unload equipment and supplies; verify invoices.
Deliver linen carts and collect soiled linens for laundry.
Transport infectious waste to the incinerator following safety protocols.
Use hospital vehicles to transport patients, staff, or groups between buildings.
Deliver food to hospital buildings.
Assist in transporting deceased patients to the morgue.
Move and rearrange office furniture and equipment.
Complete and maintain basic reports and work records.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of relevant experience.
Valid Maryland Class C driver's license.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Lift and carry objects over 50 lbs.

Wright Manufacturing, Inc. (WMI), an award-winning producer of commercial grade lawn equipment, is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Internal Logistics Team.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, earning overtime at time and one half for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am. Occasional work on Saturdays may be needed as workflows dictate.
*Opportunity for overtime is available but not guaranteed
Starting between $21-23 per hour (including shift differential)
Primary Duties include:
· Operate LP sit-down forklift to support our Crating Line (sit down forklift)
· Manage Finished Goods inventory for your shift
· Respond to radio calls from Group Leaders and Team Leaders to perform forklift duties as requested (stand up/sit down forklift)
· Ensure proper FIFO inventory processes are followed always
· Daily inspection of Toyota forklift
· Waste stream management- transport cardboard, empty pallets, wood scrap, etc. to proper locations and process accordingly (baling, transporting product outside)
· Inventory Control/stocking home locations for assigned aisles (mostly stand up forklift)
· Assist in 5S Methodology (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and manage warehouse housekeeping assignments
· Assist with special projects and rework as necessary
· Contribute to and participate in Kaizen projects to improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost
Requirements:
Qualified candidates for the role of Electric Forklift Operator should be able to demonstrate:
· Extensive sit-down forklift experience required within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Stand up forklift experience a huge plus
· RF Equipment experience a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Consistent work history
· Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
· Ability to work in a moderate to high noise level environment
· Excellent attendance record
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance

The Material Handler is responsible for inspecting, filling and loading propane cylinders at the branch or distribution locations. The Material Handler will also make sure that safety and customer satisfaction are promoted every day.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides service to customers at the dock via filling cylinders
Maintains yard for a professional and clean appearance.
Paints cylinders and tanks as needed.
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
Complete inspections and repairs for propane cylinders and tanks.
Loads propane cylinders and/or tanks.
Handles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines.
Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and math skills for charging customers after cylinder fills.
Prior experience in the propane industry a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.
Valid driver's license (preferred).
