Key Responsibilities • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to transport stacked pallets of frozen blocks from production lines to designated weighing and wrapping stations. • Weigh pallets accurately using warehouse scales and record data for inventory purposes. • Review production reports to generate and apply inventory labels using a scan gun and warehouse management system (WMS) software. • Securely wrap pallets with shrink wrap to protect products during storage and transit, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. • Store wrapped pallets in freezer locations, organizing them for optimal space utilization and easy retrieval. • Collaborate closely with production teams to monitor output, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain high-speed workflows without compromising product integrity. • Perform routine equipment checks on forklifts, scales, and labeling tools to ensure operational readiness. • Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices in a frozen environment. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse operations, food production, or logistics preferred. • Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). • Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems; experience with scan guns or similar inventory tools is a plus. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods in cold temperatures (freezer suits and gear provided). • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a safety-first mindset. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with production staff. • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00PM-6:30AM Sunday 1:00PM-5:00PM
