Team & Continuous Improvement: • Support training and onboarding of new warehouse operators. • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Experience/Education Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: • Experience with international shipments (commercial invoices, export documentation, customs requirements). • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar). • 1-6 years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role in a manufacturing environment. • Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor) and barcode scanners. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
