Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks
Reads and understands the job ticket and other special instructions before beginning the assigned job
Obtains and records accurate counts of finished products, goods, and materials to be shipped and for those received
Packs materials in a manner that will ensure delivery without damage, following job jacket and/or customer packing specifications
Identifies contents and number of pieces of shipments on all boxes, cartons, or skids, using proper labeling methods
Checks accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents
Utilizing the shipping system to process shipments, including packages and skids
Scheduling delivery trucks for on-time shipments
Prepare the stacking area (skids, cardboard and boxes).
Webbing up the Press.
Hanging and removing plates.
Start-up - Clearing waste from production folder.
Webbing angle bars.
Stacking product on the skid accurately according to the load tag ticket.
Quality checks on running product.
Cleaning the press - light clean (decks, floors and parts).
Cleaning the press - medium clean (guards, water form, etc.).
All other duties as assigned

Order Pickers are responsible for picking, packing and shipping outbound customer orders, counting and moving inventory, and safely operating material handling equipment including powered industrial trucks.
Our Order Pickers provide the best customer experience by filling orders in a timely manner while meeting high accuracy performance standards. A successful Order Picker follows directions and meets expectations in the areas of attendance, safety, accuracy, productivity, and output.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as business needs dictate:
Order Picking:
Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped completely and correctly.
Outbound Freight:
Ensure customer orders including both parcel and palletized shipments are loaded correctly and completely.
Inbound Freight:
Unload and palletize deliveries including the contents of overseas containers. Handle items carefully and safely to prevent bodily injury and property damage.
Equipment:
Operate shrink-wrap machine and cardboard baler safely.
Maintain equipment in a clean, neat, and orderly way.
Operate equipment safely and productively. Comply with OSHA standards.
Inventory:
Handle inventory accurately and safely to prevent loss and damage.
Assist in counting and moving inventory including replenishing bin contents.
Ensure accurate inventory records by tracking lot and serial numbers correctly.
Other Duties:
Clean and organize both the inside and outside of the Fulfillment Center as directed.
Other duties may be assigned as business needs dictate.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to bend, squat, reach, lift, take, carry, and place material objects.
Must be able to push and pull material objects.
Must be able to read, count accurately, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and write legibly.
Must be able to use a desktop computer, a mobile scanner, a utility knife, and a tape gun.
Must be able and willing to work scheduled hours, including occasional overtime hours such as starting early, staying late, and working a Saturday morning.
