Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor tank levels and transfer inventory in/out as needed.
• Monitor incoming trucks bringing in used motor oil, antifreeze, and oily water.
• Monitor outgoing trucks taking out asphalt and wastewater.
• Monitor the loading/unloading operations the entire time the pump is moving product to or from the truck.
• Individual will be able to drive powered lift trucks and be aware of their load limits.
• Perform maintenance, housekeeping, or other activities in the warehouse, truck rack, and dock area as directed by supervisor.
• Train relief personnel on operations as needed.
• Rigidly adhere to safe work practices/procedures set forth by regulating authorities and the company and never compromise the safety of any personnel, company, or contractor.
• Will be required to undergo periodic industrial safety training as required by regulating authorities and the company.
• Wear all proper PPE including fall protection when required.

• Report all incidents/injuries/near misses to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a “zero-spill” mentality at all times to protect the environment.

• Use basic tools: pipe wrench, crowbar, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.
• Calculate levels in tanks using basic math.
• Carry and communicate on a 2-way radio to respond to all calls.
• Communicate with Operations Supervisor to ensure paperwork is in order daily.
• Communicate with the Refinery Lead operator on tank lineups and gauges prior to loading/offloading/transferring.
• Ensure all procedures for loading and offloading are followed.
• Sample incoming trucks per procedure.
• Understand and troubleshoot basic pump operation: cavitation, seal leaks, vibration, etc. to maintain efficient equipment.
• Adequately stock operational and emergency supplies.
• Operate a basic pressure washer.
Requirements:
• MUST have experience in a refinery plant or chemical plant and truck unloading/loading environment.
• Must have the ability to perform basic computer/email/fax functions.
• Good verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone or in a team environment.

• Wraps, bands, labels, and secures materials to pallets for safe movement of materials.
• Make sure all material (boxes, zippers, film, cores) are pulled in FIFO (first in first out).
• Assists with monthly physical inventory both on and offsite locations.
• Ensures that all responsibilities and functions performed are in accordance with company and quality procedures as set forth in the Personnel Handbook and the Quality Manual. Participates in quality programs and stays updated on changes to the Quality Manual.

Responsibilities
Quality repair of our customer's pallets. Knowledge of how to use nail guns, pneumatic guns, hammers, and small hand tools is preferred.
Inspecting and hand sort wooden pallets accurately and efficiently, based on appropriate quality and grade.
Loading and unloading pallet trailers using a sit-down propane forklift
Maintaining clean work environment-sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
Continuously bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75-80 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
Must pass Pre-employment Drug Screen and Background Check
Steel Toe Boots - Up to $75 Reimbursement
Work Environment
While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles. Prime360 provides hard hats, safety glasses; hearing protection and NIOSH approved dust masks. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions including hot and cold temperatures when the Dock doors are open.

Tasks & Responsibilities: ● Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers including the management of shipping documents and records ● Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, checking for accurate part numbers, quantities and ensuring material is in pristine condition ● Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter ● Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems ● Oversee and perform the placement server racks on the datacenter floor utilizing laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy ● Oversee and perform the population of electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics ● Install rack hardware using various hand, power and measuring tools ● Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks ● Perform and oversee cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5s standards ● Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday
