The primary role of each Packaging Team Member is to properly fill, label and seal bags of granola, pack and stock cases, control quality and inventory, and perform closing cleaning duties. As part of our small-batch granola production line, you have clearly defined tasks to complete during the daily packaging shift. The position involves standing for extended periods of time, repetitive motion, moving at a steady pace, and lifting up to 50lbs. Responsibilities of all Packaging Team Members include: Following established food handling and packaging procedures Upholding our high-quality assurance, food handling safety and sanitation standards Cleaning duties including, but not limited to, dish washing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Other duties as assigned, e.g. assisting the Production Team, facility maintenance, Sales Team support Basic Expectations of the Packaging Associate include: 2+ years of industry experience.
