This position is responsible for picking orders in the warehouse and staging them on pallets before they are sent out on a truck for delivery. You need to be fast and accurate to ensure that the correct items are selected, and trucks are able to depart on time. Order Selector w/ Pallet Jack (Dry or Perishable Warehouse) This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs. Will pick products as dictated by a pick list using a scanner which gives special instructions on what aisle to go to, which slot to select from and the # of cases or products to pick from each slot. Dry Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $18.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and will then move to piece pay where you should easily make $25/hr or more! Perishable Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $19.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and will then move to piece pay where you should easily make $25/hr or more! Dry Day shift starts at 7am; starting wage is $17.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.
