After the Material Handler has confirmed the order, they are running is properly hooked up to correct bin, the Material Handler will relay this information to the Lead Process Tech in that section. This job function will be completed every day and every shift when machines run, including weekends. 17. Anytime information is found to not be consistent with BOM from Traveler or that the Conair material line is not hooked up correctly the Material Handler is to immediately contact his QA Department & Group Leader and then shut down the machine until a decision can be made about inaccuracies of information. If machine is running on barrels that are made by the Blending Department the information on the barrel must also match information for material as noted by the BOM on the Traveler. 18.
