POSITION SUMMARY
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. These Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.
As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Picking Responsibilities
· The picking functions include, but are not limited to, using a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands. Associates must efficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas. Associates will stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as determined by client requirements. All picking functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality Control Responsibilities
· The quality control functions include, but are not limited to, using the appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly. Associates will verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies. Associates will stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products. All quality control functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance
· All Associates are responsible for executing all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
· Associates are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and are required to maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in security of the warehouse.
· Associates will comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
Equipment Operation
· In performing assigned duties, the equipment used can include, but is not limited to, a pallet jack.
· Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment and reporting of equipment problems.
· Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and follow prescribed work methods.

Job Statement
The Material Handler - Level 1 will be responsible for the setup of mill fixtures on Numerically Controlled Milling Machines. Working closely with Machine Operators and Manufacturing support personnel they will properly affix, align and otherwise “load” mill fixtures onto machine tables. They will additionally be responsible for “loading” material, forgings, and partially machined work pieces onto these mill fixtures in accordance with setup instructions.
Essential Functions
The following is a list of duties, tasks, work activities and/or functions the Material Handler will/may be required to perform:
Prepare machine tables for the placement of mill fixtures
Prepare mill fixtures for placement onto prepared machine tables
Perform minor maintenance to mill fixtures (apply oil as preservative, repair
threads using thread die, stone scarred surfaces, etc.
Operate overhead cranes
Select and use the appropriate slings or other lifting devices (shackles, eye bolts,
etc.) for use when applying mill fixtures or parts to machine tables
Operate milling machines when necessary to support setup functions
Select and apply appropriate clamps, bolts, vacuum supplying pumps, etc.
Remove and replace parts from mill fixtures
Remove and replace mill fixtures
Perform other reasonable tasks, projects or duties as they are assigned by
supervision.

Production Material Handler
who will report to the
Production Manager
on the Production Team. The successful individual in this role will play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow by managing the movement, tracking, and administrative handling of materials between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping Departments.
This position is responsible for both the physical handling and clerical processing of materials, ensuring the timely delivery of components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the reallocation of materials in response to internal change orders or customer-driven modifications.
This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday at Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
Support inventory accuracy through participation in weekly cycle counts, month-end and year-end physical inventory counts and audits.
Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.
Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned by Production leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for handling electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies, and accessories.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent follow-through skills.
Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Dependable and positive with a team-oriented attitude.
NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

Position Summary:
The Material Handler 2 in Shipping & Receiving is responsible for picking and unloading product rapidly, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring proper storage and rotation. Ensure all orders are picked on correct pallets (iGPS, Chep, White wood) and wrap pallets. Separate pallets and store in appropriate designated areas.
Unload product in a timely manner and ensure all pertinent information is accurate for each BOL. Verify paperwork and system transactions are all accurate.
Move finished goods from production to the cooler and ensure proper product temperature.
Maintain a clean working environment, this includes but is not limited to: Warehouse areas, Coolers, Docks and Trailers
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
GED/High School Diploma.
1-3 years of forklift experience (some positions require stand-up forklift experience).
Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math.
Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment.
