How Will You Make an Impact?:
Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product.
A Day in the Life:
Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
Drive safety culture and quality in all activities
Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product
Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen events
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1-year minimum experience in manufacturing or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.

Key Responsibilities

The Material Handler is responsible for handling all incoming materials and packaging supplies from point of receipt to movement throughout warehouse locations in accordance with GMP and safety standards (i.e. MSDS, OSHA, etc.). Accurately label both raw materials and finished goods with appropriate documentation.
