Maintain departmental records such as UPS shipments, package inventories, and packing slips. * Ensure packages are properly sealed, labelled, and meet shipping regulations and guidelines. Obtain spare parts and prepare for shipping. Complete shipping tasks, use various hand, pneumatic, and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses. Move pumps using cranes and hoists to prepare for shipment. Pull, assemble, and transact kitting work orders. * Maintain organized inventory in the shipping area. Monitor stock levels of shipping supplies (boxes, packing materials, labels, etc.) and communicate needs to supervisor. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate personnel. * Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
