Picker Packer Responsibilities: Check inventory, find, and collect merchandise for shipping Verify and record outgoing products Prepare and load items for shipping Load items as needed throughout warehouse Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Operates powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries. Moves pallets to and from warehouse, storage areas, machines and loading docks, into packaging lines, railroad cars or trucks and/or storage facilities. Performs daily forklift checks. Reads bill of material and stores containers. Qualifications: Mandatory valid forklift operator certificate. ZXP will train and certify right team member. Mandatory valid drivers license High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Math ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Language, Writing, and Computer Skills: Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Physical Demand and Work Conditions: A high volume of walking, sitting, and standing is part of the daily schedule at ZXP.
