The company was formerly known as Piedmont Chemical Industries of High Point, Inc. and changed its name to Piedmont Chemical Industries, Inc. in June, 1965. Piedmont Chemical Industries, Inc. was founded in 1938 and is based in High Point, North Carolina with production sites in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, as well as warehousing and distribution facilities in Central America and Asia.
